I just read ABBR and ACRONYM are for user agents not for end users (it's down at the moment, so try the Google cache, and I disagree, for one reason: abbr[title]::after{content:attr(title);}.
I'm also, now that I've thought of it, putting that in my user stylesheet. I wonder how that'll turn out, and whether I'll have to retract my disagreement (but I don't think so).
